Ombuds Team and Feedback
The Assembly has an Ombuds team, which is a group of Access leaders and Assembly organizers who have volunteered to support the well-being of Assembly participants. Assembly participants can go to the Ombuds team to ask questions about the code of conduct, to report violations of the code of conduct, to get support in surfacing and resolving conflicts with other Assembly participants, and to talk through any other concerns about the Assembly. If you need support, please prioritize your safety and reach out to the Ombuds team. If you would like to report an incident related to the Code of Conduct or need to discuss any other issues related to the Assembly, please contact a member of the Ombuds Team.
The Ombuds Team is distinguishable by name badges with “Ombuds Team” printed on the bottom in a dark background.
