What is the dress code for the Assembly?

The dress code for the Assembly is casual. We recommend comfortable attire suitable for both indoor sessions and any planned outdoor activities, and encourage attendees to wear what makes them comfortable and represents their individuality.

Will meals be provided during the Assembly?

Yes, meals will be provided. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on-site in the Assembly space, and dinner will be included at a local venue. There will be coffee and snacks available throughout the day. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options will be available.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi will be available for all attendees throughout the Assembly venue. Login details will be provided in your assembly packet.

What should I do if I have specific dietary restrictions?

If you did not provide your dietary restrictions during the registration process, or your dietary restrictions have changed, please contact the assembly planning team in advance so we can accommodate your needs.

What will the weather be like during the assembly?

During the time of the assembly you can expect comfortable temperatures in Berkeley, ranging from lows of around 55°F (13°C) to highs of about 75°F (24°C). The weather is generally dry with little to no rain, so it’s a great time for outdoor activities, however, can still become chilly in the evenings, so layers are encouraged.

What materials should I bring with me to the Assembly?

We encourage you to bring a notebook, pen, or any digital devices you might need for note-taking during presentations. Some sessions will involve digital polling so you should have a phone/tablet/laptop that can connect to Wi-Fi in order to participate, if possible.

Are there any social events planned during the Assembly?
