Level access through the concourse and ticket barriers to platforms 4 & 5 Access to platforms 1-3 from the concourse up 33 steps and across the footbridge (22 paces). Down the first staircase (32 steps) onto platforms 2 & 3 or down the second staircase (32 steps) onto platform 1.

Piccadilly is one of three main stations in Manchester and handles over 83,000 passengers and 1,000 train movements every day. It is the northern terminus of Virgin’s flagship route to London and offers direct services to other major UK cities, including Glasgow, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Cardiff and Norwich.
You may be eligible for a Disabled Persons Railcard. If you are blind or partially sighted and travelling with a companion, or use a wheelchair, you can get a discount on Anytime tickets even if you do not hold a Railcard.
